Pilates at Amazon Club, Gulshan

Here's another activity I can recommend; if you have a slightly masochistic streak that is!

I go to a pilates class twice a week at Amazon Club, Road 80 in Gulshan 2. It's incredibly hard work, and you feel that you've had a really tough work out by the end of an hour. However I feel much better for it.

The group who attend are a nice bunch of people, as is Shazia the excellent instructor.
